A completely free seminar for frontline workers, first-responders, care-giving or third sector organisations or individuals.

A FREE SEMINAR

When your career requires you to continually give out to others,

how do you make sure that you stay healthy?

Many organisations are keenly aware of the need to equip their teams in the area of physical and mental health, however due to increasing financial pressures are struggling to give the desired level of training and space for their staff.

The 'Dealing with Burnout and Compassion Fatigue' seminar with Dr Don Lichi aims to equip frontline workers with a greater understanding of how burnout and compassion fatigue is caused, provide them with the skills to regain strength for their work, understand what steps they can take to avoid future burnout and operate a healthier practice at work and in life.
