Empowering everyday women in their everyday life

Flourish is a free programme for women who are trying to do it all and need a bit of encouragement on the way. We have ALL been there.

Sometimes you need a break and some additional support to get you through and that's what we're here to do.

Flourish will run in 2 hour sessions from 10am - 12pm over a 10-week period.

Our next group starts on Wednesday 23rd October, though you are welcome to come and attend any of our sessions in this group.
